Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Eyezonkid (“Eyezonkid”, “we”, “us”) for use of the Eyezonkid website, parent dashboard and apps (the “Service”). Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Who can use Eyezonkid
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You may install Eyezonkid only on a device used by a child for whom you are the parent or lawful guardian, or on a device you own.
- Eyezonkid must not be used to monitor another adult, a partner or anyone without the legal right to do so.
Your account
Keep your login details private and tell us immediately if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you give us.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for stalking, harassment, or any unlawful surveillance;
- try to hide, disguise or secretly install the app on any device;
- copy, reverse-engineer, resell or interfere with the Service or its security;
- upload harmful code or use the Service to break any law.
Plans, trial & payment
- Current plans are Basic (₹279), Family (₹499) and Premium (₹799) per month, plus applicable GST. Prices shown on the pricing section at the time of purchase apply.
- Every plan starts with a 3-day trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you'll be charged for the plan you selected.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- We may change prices with advance notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel anytime from your account — there are no contracts or cancellation fees. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the current billing period and won't be charged again. Payments already made are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we decide otherwise in a specific case. For billing concerns, contact us and we'll help.
Service availability
Eyezonkid depends on the child's device, its operating system, permissions, battery and internet connection. Features may work differently on Android and iPhone, and location or alerts may be delayed or unavailable when these conditions aren't met. We work to keep the Service running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Eyezonkid is not an emergency service. In an emergency, always call 112 or your local emergency number.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, logo and content, belongs to Eyezonkid and its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose while your subscription is active.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is a tool to support parenting — it does not replace parental supervision. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and Eyezonkid is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law, or that put others at risk. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Noida / Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have to bring a consumer complaint where you live.
Changes & contact
We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date and tell you about significant changes. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.
